He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his brother Dennis Foster; and his siblings-in-law, Francis Wagner, Paula Niemuth, Joann Oppor (Lowell) and Mary Jo Andrasko (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and good friend.
Unspecified memorials will be given to local Vietnam War Veteran Organizations.
