He is survived by: his mother Joan Annis (Binder); his sister Susan Hulet; his children, Johnathan Annis, Nicholas Annis and Nicole Calkins; his grandchildren, Clayton Annis, Peyton Annis, Grayson Annis, Gavin Annis and Parker Calkins; and his brother-in-law David Hulet. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
