He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Fletcher and Lucille Fletcher (Walker); and his sisters, Juanita and Virgina. He is survived by: his wife Angie (Allen); his children, Keri Luedke (Richard), Dean Fletcher (Carol) and Barry Fletcher (Naomi); and his grandchildren, Jordyn, Adam, David, Ashley, Dustin, Andy and Dawn. He is also survived by grandkids, step grandkids, nieces and nephews.
