He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond D'Andrea and Ann D'Andrea; his brother James; his sister-in-law Patricia D'Andrea; his sister Lucille; and his siblings-in-law, Faust D'Annunzio, Wallace, Janice Grunwald, Laverne, Charlotte Grunwald and Terry Thomas.
He is survived by: his wife Donna D'Andrea; his daughters, Dr. Lynn D'Andrea (Santosh Krishnan) of Brookfield and Julie D'Andrea (Rob Hudson) of New York City; his brother Larry; and his sisters-in-law, Lucille D'Andrea of Warren, Ohio and Joyce Thomas of Appleton, Wisconsin. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and many friends.
