She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Kuphal and Alice Kuphal (Durrant); her husband Elmer Gonia; her siblings, Mildred Kluwin (Bob), Marjorie Stafford (Earl) and Edward Kuphal (Marion); her nieces, Lyneda Kluwin and Shirley Hoft; and her nephew Thomas Kluwin.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Greg Schroeder (Rani), Jeff Gonia (Theresa) and Tina Gonia. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
