It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret Francis Bauer of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 14, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Traxler and Frank Traxler; her sister Arlene Bathke; her husband Edward Bauer; her sons-in-law, Jim Hetue and Brian Gasper; and her close friend James Dobson.

She is survived by: her children, Karen Hetue of Oshkosh, Tom Bauer (Tammy) of Oshkosh and Donna Gasper of Oshkosh; her grandchildren, Kristine Leichtfuss (Tony) of Winneconne, Jessica Stadler of Oshkosh, Diane Voelker (Travis) of Oshkosh, Valerie Mullen (Dan) of Oshkosh, Tiffany Harding (Joe) of Oshkosh and James Stadler (Sam Jach) of Oshkosh; her great grandchildren, Travis Leichtfuss (Kyla Huberty), Teresa, Tracy, Trevor Leichtfuss, Ben Collins, Lillianna, Nicholas Meyer, Cheyenne, Anthony, Roman Stadler-Gram, Sequoia, Trinity, Elijuah and Eva Stadler-Garrett; her great great grandchildren, Jeremiyah Stadler and Kievonte Stadler-Ezell; and her caregiver Margaret. She is also survived by her family and friends.
