He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylord Hoppe and Rita Hoppe (Westover); and his siblings-in-law, Laurie Kreasel and Tony Mackowiak. He is survived by: his wife Jean Zuehlke; his daughters, Kara Alvarado (Tony Litjens) and Leah Blaskowski (Brandon); his siblings, Thomas Kreasel (Jean), Robert Kreasel, Kathy Dutcher (Bob), Linda Mackowiak and Gayle Hoppe; his mother-in-law Nancy Zuehlke (Troy Ochowicz); his grandchildren, Trenton Stritzel-Hoppe (Victoria Searvogel), Kalvin, Kallye, Kayin Mark Blaskowski, Isabella, Adriana, Benicio Markus, Madelynn and Malachi Alvarado; and his pets, Kova and Bayer.

In Lieu of flowers a memorial for Mark has been established.
