He is survived by: his wife Lisa Johnson; his children, Crystal, Autumn (Jeremy), Paul, Rachel (Josh), Josh (Terah), Nickie and Michael (Jess); his grandchildren, Jason, Aryah, Cohen, Izayah, Brynn, Hunter, Ethan and Aubrey; his siblings, Mary (John), Jim (Amy), Fran (Catherine), Judy (Bill), Joe, Nancy (Dean) and Greg (Viki); his mother-in-law Jean Martin; Butch (Laura) and Gretchen (Phil). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and close friends.
