He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Neitzel and Joyce Neitzel (Moon); and his close friend Jim Oppermann. He is survived by: his daughters, Keira Neitzel and Mackenzie Buss; his siblings, Mitchel Meton (Sherry) and Pamela Newell (Robert); his uncles, Dick and Dennis Moon (Chris); the mother of his children Lori Neitzel; and his close friend Doug Soper. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established.
