He was predeceased by: his parents, Kazmerz Kotowski and Bernice Kotowski (Polishinski); his siblings, Phyllis Shea, Marcella Woodland and Florian Kotowski of Colorado; his brothers-in-law, Robert Shea and Roland Woodland; and his nieces and nephews, Linda Briese and Thomas Woodland.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Marge Kotowski. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
