She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip G. Grundy and Mary Ann Grundy (Jodarski). She is survived by: her husband Jack F. LaFontaine; her brother Phil Grundy (Tuesday); her sibling's children, Jamisen, Brandyn Grundy and Marissa Kiefer; her cousin Skip Pipkorn (Ellen); and her close friend Alicia. She is also survived by other cousins, and friends.
