He was predeceased by: his parents, James Simonson and Shirley Simonson. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Soper; his sons, John (Brittany) and Michael (Gustavo); his grandchildren, Jordy, Cobie and Camilo; and his sisters, Ingrid Jorgenson (Jeff) and Sonja Simonson. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the All Saints Lutheran Church (1072 Honey Creek Cir, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A memorial service will be held on Monday, November 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
