She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazen Adams and Grace Adams (Reinhart); her grandson Benjamin Griese; her great grandchild Avolon; and her brother Delroy Adams.

She is survived by: her husband Dennis Durant; her children, Dee Durant (Nickie), Kay Griese (Glen) and Darren Durant; and her grandchildren, Bridgett Feathers, Dustin Durant, Sara Vadnais (Troy N.), Samantha Vadnais, Stephanie DeGroff (Cory), Bobby Durant and Joey Durant. She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren, and many other family and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family has established a memorial in her honor.
