He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Binder and Angeline Binder (Bloomer); and his siblings, Florian, Gerald, Bernice Bongert and Lucille Geiger.
He is survived by: his former wife Patricia Ann Zeller; his wife Pat; his children, Daniel Binder (Cindy Habich) of Omro, Steven Binder (Barbara) of Oshkosh, Jeffrey Binder (Elizabeth Nevitt) of Pickett, Victoria Vandenberg of Oshkosh, Debra Lux (Mark Hoffman) of Pickett and Julie Ruedinger (Thomas D'Amico) of Waupaca; and his brother Donald Binder (Marian) of Stevens Point. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, one great-grandchild, other relatives and many dear friends.
