With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Louise Angell (Oshkosh, Wisconsin), born in Berlin, Wisconsin, who passed away on September 5, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Irene Kinney (Marks) and William Kinney; and her son Mark Angell. She is survived by: her son Chris Angell (Heather); her grandson Seamus Angell; and her siblings, Karen Kinney (Mary), Mike Kinney (Nancy), Tom Kinney (Jane), Dan Kinney, Peggy Kelsch (James) and Jennifer Nell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
