She was predeceased by: her parents, Horace Schmidt and Rose Schmidt (Parilek); her significant other Walter Marty; and her brother Thomas Schmidt. She is survived by: her husband James Below; her granddaughter Kylara Killian (Adam); her great grandchild Claire; her siblings, Linda Wacker and Dale Schmidt (Amy); her nephews, Ben Wacker (Smita) and Nathan Schmidt (Ashly); and her niece Lexi Schmidt. She is also survived by many extended family members, dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Patricia's honor to the Evergreen Foundation in Oshkosh, WI or to Bolton Refuge of Eau Claire, WI; organizations that reflect her values of compassion, community, and care for others.
