Patricia R. Ulsberger Obituary
We announce the death of Patricia R. Ulsberger of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on October 3, 2026, at the age of 87. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Joseph and Myrtle Mildred Johnson (Kelly); her husband Glenn LeRoy Quandt; her son Christopher Michael Quandt; and her siblings-in-law, Gene Quandt and Leone Mackenberg.
She is survived by: her children, William J. Quandt (Deborah), Joseph A. Quandt (Nicole) and Patty A. Quandt; her grandchildren, Eric Quandt (Kari), Jason Quandt (Kimberly), Alaina Maitland (Kyle), Mitchell Quandt (Becky) and Daniel Quandt; and her siblings, Raymond Johnson (Sandra) and Sherrie Sipiorski (Tasha Smith). She is also survived by 13 great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Raphael Catholic Church (830 S Westhaven Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, October 20th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund will be set up for Father Carr's Place 2B and Day By Day Shelter in Oshkosh, WI.
