It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Peggy A Scherz of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, who passed away on December 27, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer A. Otto and Helen Otto (Harnish); her husband Richard A. Scherz; and her siblings, Jack Otto (Peggy), Sally Hurlbutt (Dale) and Nancy Straveler (Robert).

She is survived by: her daughters, Tarry Majewski (Michael) and Tammy Hering (Rodney); her grandchildren, Felicia Majewski, Ashley Majewski, Adam Sitter (Alexandrea), Ryan Sitter and Bryce Hering; and her great grandchildren, Brooke and Bennett Sitter.
