“I just heard that Pete passed away! My condolences to Pete's family. I knew Pete when he was at the El Paso County Sheriff's Office in Colorado Springs CO and where I was a volunteer. He was quite a character and most always accompanied by his dog Nalie. It has been some years since I saw him since he moved...
