It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phillip Alexander Charley (Oshkosh, Wisconsin), who passed away on October 21, 2022, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Hayes and Madge Hayes (Bloedel); and his father-in-law Clarence Charley. He is survived by: his father-in-law Phil; his daughters, Donna Charley-Johnson (Chad) and Heather Charley; his grandson Tucker Johnson; and his siblings, Carole Meinders (Mike), Roger Charley (Nancy), Joseph Hayes, Jacqueline Butler and Timothy Hayes (Marci). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Phil's name to the Van Dyne Sportsmen Club or the Oshkosh Police Benevolent Association.
