As Phyllis departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Phyllis. Though Phyllis may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bebee and Katherine Bebee (Koopman); her husband William Tracey; and her siblings, Earl Koopman, Emil Bebee and Valerie Thurston.
She is survived by: her siblings, Barbara Larsen (Wayne), Edward Bebee (Evelyn), Edna Mae Lawrence and Susan Bebee; and her brother-in-law Rodney Thurston. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
