He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Schultz; and his brother-in-law John Barthels (Lisa Basler). He is survived by: his children, Adam Schultz (Andrea) and Marissa Kiefer (Christopher); his grandchildren, Calvin and Jordan Schultz; and his siblings, Alvin Schultz, Richard Schultz (Sue), Linda Barthels, Wanda DeWitt (Doug), Karen Boe (Roger) and Roxanne Church (Mike). He is also survived by former spouse.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that a donation be made to The Alzheimer's Association.
