He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert W. Paulsen (Bob) and Marion D. Paulsen (Kolodzik); his in-laws, Arnold (Arnie) and Geraldine Jero (Jerry); and his siblings-in-law, Deborah Romme (Deb), Beverly Wales (Jero), Bruce Jero and Gary Jero.
He is survived by: his wife Jamie Paulsen (Jero); his children, Matthew J. Paulsen and Nicole L. Fumelle (Scott); his granddaughters, Gracie D. Grant and Madisyn R. Paulsen; his great grandchildren, Violet X. Grant-Nelson, Mateo J. Martinez and Brayden M. Paulsen "Lil B"; his siblings-in-law, Cheryl Durkee, Jan Jero and James Romme; his nieces, Rebecca Peppler (Troy), Melanie Beahm (Jason), Melissa Bowman (Chad) and Jamee Jero; his caregiver Dr. Shah of Froedtert Hospital; Richard, Jamie, Matthew Paulsen, Nicole, Scott Fumelle, Mick Calo, Cheryl Durkee, Jim Romme, Paul Timm, John Swinford, Cheryl Ferrara, Terri and Don Britten.
