He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Roe and Edna Roe (Pfeiffer); and his son Steven Charles Roe. He is survived by: his wife Jean Ann Futta; his son Jeff (Tracy); his sister Sally J. Roe; and his grandchildren, Hannah E. Roe of Oshkosh, Holly C. Roe of Oshkosh, Bethany Roe (Jack) of Georgia and Ronald J. Roe of Oklahoma.
