He was predeceased by: his father Robert K. Samida Sr.; and his son William Johnson (Bil). He is survived by: his mother Nancy Koplitz Samida of Oshkosh; his mother-in-law Julie Van Linn; his wife Julie Samida of New London; his children, Bradley Samida of Oshkosh, Nicole Samida and Amber Kemp; his grandchildren, McKenzie, Maverick, Jack, Piper, Felix, Maeve and Zoe; and his siblings, Randall Samida (Patty), Kristine Gehrke (Mark) and Katherine Samida (Jesse Van Linn).
