He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Williams Sr. and Frances Mientke-Williams (Matson); his siblings, James Mientkel (Nancy) and Donna Schroder (Arleigh); and his sister-in-law Shirely.
He is survived by: his wife Gwen Williams; his daughters, Michelle Nigl (Douglas) and Tammy Norton (William); his grandchildren, Tashia Johnson (Jacob), Krissy (Luke Micalski), Bill Norton (Rie), Josh Nigl (Yuta), Jake Nigl and Jay Nigl; his great grandchildren, Lily, Emily, Mina Norton, Bray Wright, Madisen Frank and Jackson Micalski; and his sister Joyce Freiberg (William). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
