He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Knuth and Florence Freda Knuth (Hoffman); his wife Ann Knuth; and his brother Carl "Spike" Knuth. He is survived by: his sister Karen Knuth Hoying; his niece Linda Respalje (Darwin); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Avery, Jennifer and Lindsay; his nephew Kevin Knuth (Emily); his great-nephew Henry; his great-niece Lucy; his nieces and nephews, Joshua Knuth (Rebekah) and Shannon Knuth Diettinger; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madelyn and Ashley; Alexis, Skylyn, Lorali and Annabelle.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Free Arts (freeartsaz.org), an organization that helps children who have experienced trauma heal through art therapy — a cause deeply meaningful to Rockne.
