He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Benotsch and Lois Benotsch of Oshkosh; his former wife Kay Monday of Oshkosh; his wife Sue Wright; his stepdaughter Leslie Wright; and his stepgrandson Hank Harris.
He is survived by: his children, Alan Benotsch (Mary), Rhonda Schrage (Joe) and Shelly Hintze (Peter); and his stepchildren, Cheri Harris (Mark) and Jay Wright. He is also survived by children and grandchildren; and several other family members and friends.
