He is survived by: his wife Victoria Elizabeth Hartman; his sons, Roy Koch (Julie) of Ripon and Scott Koch (Tricia) of Neenah; his grandchildren, Tyler Koch of Madison and Kailey Koch of Neenah; his pet Rowdy; and his siblings-in-law, Laurie Carpenter (Pat), Sandra Koch and Marty Hartman (Judy). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
