With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ronnie L. Schmude of Oshkosh, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 4, 2025 at the age of 74. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Schmude and June Schmude (Hart); his stepmother Martha Schmude; and his parents-in-law, Glenn and Louise Wesenberg.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Schmude of Oshkosh; his children, Stacy Wilker (Greg) of Valders and Steven Schmude (Chill) of Sparta; his grandchildren, Chase (Hallie), Rhys, Eliza Wilker, Anneliese, Cohen, Ysabelle and Darron Schmude; his siblings, Nancy Johnson (Jim), Carol Salvinski (Robert), Tammi Schmude, Jonni Janikowski (Steve), Julie Youmans, Mary Youmans, Rick Schmude (Katie) and Mike Youmans; his stepfather Jim Thorson; his siblings-in-law, Darel Wesenberg (Pam), Dennis Wesenberg (Deb), Duane Wesenberg (Kathleen), Dean Wesenberg (Lisa-Marie), Donna Kopplin (Jay) and Doreen Protz; his close friend Jim Maxwell (Mary); Jim and Linda Kelly. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
