She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Forsythe and Margaret Forsythe (Gerarden); her husband Dale Bohlman; her children, Elizabeth and Nathan Bohlman; her siblings, Cathy Leitner (Jeff), Jean Peterson (Terry), Andrew (Francis) and Anthony Forsythe; her mother-in-law Muriel Bohlman; her brother-in-law Scott Bohlman (Victoria); her nieces and nephews, Joshua, Alisha Klingbeil, Nicole Phillips (Jacob) and Phillips Bohlman (Courtney); and her great-nieces, Abby Leitner, River, Rain Klingbeil, Jocelyn and Lorelei Phillips.
