He was predeceased by: his uncles, Jim and Patrick Vertelka. He is survived by: his parents, Thayre Faust (Steve Goldsmith) and Greg Vertelka (Jeannine); his siblings, Victoria "Tori" Vertelka (Brett Blomdahl), Ashleigh Vertelka and Nick DeBartelo; his grandparents, Jim, Joanne Miller, Marge Vertelka, George and Lenore Prussack; his cousins, Jolie, Jayme Jo and Jaydn "JJ" Jacomet; his uncle George Prussack (Kay); his aunt Sue Morse (Tom); his cousins, Tom, Jack and Sidney; his aunts and uncles, Gayle Vertelka, Mike Vertelka, Robert Vertelka, Barb Miller, Debbie Davis (Terry) and Scott Miller (Dina); his cousins, Nick and Maxine Miller; and also Jodie Jacomet (Jay). He is also survived by other relatives and so many genuine friends.
