She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Niebergall and Mary Niebergall (O'Connell); and her siblings-in-law, Robert Green and Leona Green. She is survived by : her husband Jeff Green; her daughter Crystal Seeley; her brother Fritz Niebergall; and her close friend Kim Sylvester.
