He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Starks and Linda Starks (Hall); and his faithful canine Carter. He is survived by: his sons, Eric Starks and Dillon Starks (Eydis); and his siblings, Mark Starks, Robert Starks, Timothy Starks (Lisa) and Terri Otte (Jeff). He is also survived by several nephews, a niece, numerous extended family, and close friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Konrad-Behlman Funeral Home-Westside (100 Lake Pointe Dr, Oshkosh, WI 54904). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established.
