We are sad to announce that, on September 3, 2023, at the age of 85, Shirley Carpenter of Oshkosh, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Ristow and Gail Ristow (Ives); her daughter-in-law Judy; and her niece Becky. She is survived by: her husband Russell Carpenter; her children, Scott (Renee), Brian, Catherine (Joe Urban) and Chris (Danna); her grandchildren, Kiera and Courtney; and her sisters, Karen Davies, Cheryl Farnell (Dave), Deborah Foland (Mark) and Jen Seibold.
