He was predeceased by: his parents, Magdalen Mauritz (Neumueller) and John E. Mauritz; his siblings, John G Mauritz (Marlyn), David Mauritz, Fred Mauritz and Dorothy Jenkins; and his close friends, Lincoln Foster, Pat Haverty and Paul Ansfield.
He is survived by: his siblings, Robert Mauritz, Rita Draves (John) and Mary Sturm (Stephen); his brother-in-law Tom Jenkins; and his friend Jean Paul Jonet. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews.
