He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Lewallen and Ruth Lewallen (Holappa). He is survived by: his fiancée Kathy Beck; his daughters, Staci Allen (Mike) of Appleton, WI and Lindsey Rush (Mike) of Jupiter, FL; his grandchildren, Luke, Gabe Allen, Lucy and Benjamin Rush; his siblings, Craig Lewallen (Vicki Squires) of Umatilla, FL and Carole Mullins (Harry) of Foristell, MO; his siblings' children, Tricia Richardson (Corey), Andrea Lewallen, Hannah and Benjamin Mullins; his siblings, Kathy and Gary Beck; and his niece Eileen Lewallen.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 from 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM. A Mass will be held on Saturday, March 21st 2026 at 11:30 AM.
