He is survived by : his wife Mary Koepsel; his sons, Matthew (Bethany) and Aaron (Ana); his grandchildren, Lia and Elliot; and his brothers, Daniel Cook (Doreen) and Timothy Cook (Cathy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
