He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Jolly. He is survived by: his parents, Linda (Gary Jolly) and Tom (Nancy Neher); his siblings, MacKensie Jolly, Andrew Kopsi, Amy Formanek and Andrew Formanek; his sons, Terrance Schroeder, Aaron Gray, Kevin Curtis and Tony Zuge; and his close friends, Anne Van Laarhoven and Heather Tessenair. He is also survived by numerous aunts and uncles.
