He was predeceased by: his wife Karen; his mother Ruth; his stepfather William White; and his half-brother Jim Glazer. He is survived by: his brothers, Mike (Judy) and Dale Rees (Diane); and his stepdaughter Laura Payne. He is also survived by four nephews and cousins.
