He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Kempinger (Ted) and Kay. He is survived by: his wife Leanne Kempinger (Ihlenfeldt); his daughters, Rachel and Samantha; his sisters, Kari Mapes (Mike) and Kelley Cantú (Armando); his mother-in-law Ruth Zeamer; and his sisters-in-law, Connie Soderlund (Tom) and Ellen Ingish (Jim). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a fund has been put in place to support future educational expenses of Todd's children.
