He is survived by: his sisters, Sharon Strover (Michael Barrett) and Nancy Strover; his children, Scott Hoelzel (Nancy), Erika Pond (Michael) and Heather Ristow (Chris); his grandchildren, Alex Hoelzel (Farrah Flattman), Emma Hoelzel and Gabe Ristow (Megan); his great grandchildren, Melanie and Genevieve Risto; and his close friend Barbie Talbot.
