He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Clark (Mentink); his children, Cory (Annette) and Jennifer (Chad Nodland); his grandsons, Adam and Asher; his siblings, Bruce and Donna; his siblings-in-law, David, Shirley and Janice; Grant and Gretchen Withers. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
