He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Koltz, Catherine Koltz (Tim Ryan) and Kimberly (Steve Spanhook); his stepchildren, Dawn Floyd and Corey Janke; his granddaughter Kaysie Spanhook; his sister Evelyn (John Swanson); his niece Monica Swanson (Jason Jaskulski); and his nephew Johnny Swanson.
