He was predeceased by: his parents, Elvin Levenhagen and Ruth Levenhagen (Henning); his wife Omra Levenhagen; his grandchildren, Lee Brennand and Sara Mueller; his daughter-in-law Margee "Magi" Levenhagen; and his siblings, Rosie Kraun, Faye Henke, Robert Levenhagen and Roy Levenhagen.
He is survived by: his children, Teri Brennand (Mike), Doug Levenhagen (Linda), Phillip Levenhagen (Debbie Lightner) and Lisa Schneider (Tim); and his siblings, Dorothy Kurth (Bob), Leona Miles, Winnie McCullough and Elvin Levenhagen (Joyce). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
