He was predeceased by: his wife Kathleen; his parents, William and Mildred; his sister Janice Meisel; and his siblings-in-law, Robert and Rita O'Keefe.
He is survived by: his children, William Meisel, Jr. (Shannon) of Waukesha, Curt Meisel of Oshkosh and Nicole Huber of Waukesha; his grandchildren, Daniel Meisel (Anna Gomez), Elizabeth Doro (John), Charles, Hannah Huber, Cassandra and Peter Brayton; and his great grandchild Madelyn Kathleen Doro.
In lieu of flowers, donations are requested for the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.
