He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Wiley and Avonella Tackett Wiley; his brothers, Willard and Paul Wiley; and his siblings' children, Paul Ray Wiley and Carol Michelle Wiley.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Wiley; his children, Andrew Wiley Jr. and Cynthia Hope Linville; his grandchildren, Cody Austin Linville, Kyle Preston Linville, Brandon Arthur Wiley, Jonathan Lee Wiley and Shelby Annacole Wiley; his great grandchildren, Cameron Thomas Watts and Elijah Rose Watts; and his brothers, Danny Wiley, Timmy Wiley and Michael Wiley.
