Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Arlene Roy of Huntington, West Virginia, who passed away at the age of 76, on January 22, 2024. She was predeceased by : her parents, Clinton Wells and Edna Alley Wells; and her brothers, Don Alley and Charles Alley. She is survived by : her husband Billy "Bil" Roy; her brother Jim Alley (Mary); and her children, David Roy (Tamra) and Kimberly Handley (Jason). She is also survived by six grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
