He was predeceased by: his parents, Asa S. Booten and Zorah Pyles Booten; and his brother P. J. Booten. He is survived by: his wife Betty Cart Booten; his sons, Bob Booten (Teri) and Andy Booten (Lisa); his grandchildren, Eli Booten, Zane Booten and Dylan Booten; and his sister-in-law Carolyn Booten.
In lieu of flowers donations may be sent the Mt. Union United Methodist Church, 3931 Mt. Union Rd., Huntington, WV, 25701 or to Hospice of Huntington.
