He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Lee Miliam Gray and Oscar William Gray; his wife Jewell Gray; and his stepsons, Allen Insco and Chuck Henson.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Aaron Mills (Shelby) of Louisville, KY, Ashlee Peterman (Brad) of Ft. Gay, WV, Haylee Mills (Cole) of Irvine, KY and Donovan Thompson of Huntington, WV.; his close friends, Marie, Rex Stickler, Kenny, Jessie Collins, Jack, Nancy Canterbury, Roger Williams and Dale Adkins; and his caregivers, Lisa Nance and Angie Arrowood. He is also survived by neighbors and friends.
